Ticket Exchange Procedure:
Please present your VELTRA voucher at the help desk by the main entrance on the right side (in front of the Circus) and exchange for your spa ticket. You may exchange your voucher for a ticket from 09:00 to 18:00.
Spa Operating Hours:
09:00 to 22:00
Holiday Operating Hours:
- December 24: 09:00 to 14:00
- December 31: 09:00 to 16:00
- January 1: 10:00 to 18:00
Please take note that some of the public facilities will not be available on public holidays.
